The twin room I booked was perfect for me, with my own shower and toilet. The view from the room's windows on the 4th floor was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel was conveniently located close to the river path. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was delicious and offered a typical continental selection. the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
The internet in the room did not work, which was a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at Jugendherberge Innsbruck - Youth and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The breakfast, while just okay, was included in the price which was a great perk. Additionally, the hotel has a large free parking lot behind the building, which was convenient for us since we had a car. Another bonus is that if you stay for 2 nights or more, you receive a free public transport card, which came in handy for exploring the city.
